Billing questions

How do I subscribe?

Choose a plan and write to us at sayhi@testflow.design. We confirm the plan, set up your account and send the invoice.

When am I charged, and does the plan renew?

You pay for the first period when you subscribe: a year on yearly billing, a month on monthly billing. The plan then renews automatically and is charged at the start of each new period until you cancel. Questions about a charge? Write to sayhi@testflow.design.

What counts as a project and a session?

A project is one study plan with its tests, participants and results. Every project you own counts towards your plan, whatever stage it is at. A session is one participant going through a test. Participants and sessions are unlimited on every plan. Not sure which plan fits? Write to sayhi@testflow.design.

How is AI use counted?

AI help is included in every plan at no extra cost: there are no credits or tokens to count. AI only runs when someone on a project asks for it, and a limit on how many requests can be made in a short time keeps the service fair for everyone.

Can I change plan?

Yes. Write to sayhi@testflow.design. A change of plan, or between yearly and monthly billing, applies from your next billing period.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel at any time from Billing in your account. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and isn’t renewed. After that you keep your account and can still open and export your projects, but you can’t create new ones until you choose a plan again. Need help? Write to sayhi@testflow.design.

Do prices include VAT?

No. Prices are in euros and VAT is added where applicable. Checkout shows the VAT and the total before you pay.

Who can get the student plan?

Students enrolled in an industrial design or product design course. It’s free for one academic year and can be renewed while you’re enrolled. Apply with the email your school issued; once approved, create your account with that same address.
