The terms that apply when you create an account and use TestFlow.
TestFlow is an online platform for preparing, running and analysing usability tests, provided by TestFlow, Lda. By creating an account you enter into an agreement with TestFlow, Lda. and accept these terms.
Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the people you invite to your projects.
What you add to TestFlow stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service.
You are responsible for having the right to use that content, and for informing participants and obtaining their consent before recording data about them.
Don’t use TestFlow for anything unlawful, to collect data without the necessary consent, to try to access other people’s projects, or in ways that disrupt the service for others.
AI drafts are suggestions. Review them before you use them: you remain responsible for the study, its wording and its conclusions.
Paid plans are billed yearly or monthly, in advance, in euros, with VAT added where applicable; monthly billing costs 20% more than yearly. Plans renew automatically at the start of each period until you cancel. A change of plan applies from the next billing period. The student plan is free for one academic year, granted on application to eligible students and renewable while they’re enrolled.
You can cancel at any time from Billing in your account, or by writing to sayhi@testflow.design. The plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and isn’t renewed.
After it ends you keep your account and can still open and export your projects, but you can’t create new ones without a plan. Deleting your account is a separate step, from your profile.
We work to keep TestFlow available and your data safe, but we can’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted. Keep your own copies of important data using the exports.
We may update these terms. When the changes are significant, we’ll tell account holders by email before they apply.
