We built TestFlow around a simple principle: to understand a product, you have to see people use it.
What TestFlow is
A platform for moderated usability tests of physical and digital products. It brings the study plan, tasks, questionnaires, participants, sessions and results into one place.
AI helps prepare studies and suggests findings from the recorded evidence. Participants bring the experience, and designers bring the context needed to interpret it.
Human-in-the-loop
That is what human-in-the-loop means in TestFlow: people shape the study, observe real use and decide what to improve.
AI drafts; your team reviews every draft and accepts, edits or discards it before it counts.
Why we built it
Usability tests are often prepared in documents, run on paper forms and analysed in spreadsheets. Each study starts from scratch, and the results are hard to find again when the product changes.
TestFlow keeps the whole process together, so every study is prepared, run and documented the same way, and the next one starts from what the last one taught you.
Who it’s for
Designers and product teams who test during development, studios and agencies running studies for clients, and design students learning how to test what they make.
